Branicks Group AG (Branicks) announces the sale of the Silo 23 and ECR building complex in Cologne’s Rheinauhafen from its portfolio (commercial portfolio). The buyers are two companies represented by the real estate family office PAMERA Real Estate Partners GmbH (PAMERA). The parties involved are aiming to close the transaction in July 2025. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

The Agrippinawerft 22 and 24 buildings are characterized by their excellent location on the Rhine in Cologne’s Rheinauhafen in the Suedstadt district. They were extensively renovated as part of the Rheinauhafen 2006 urban development project, developed for new uses, and acquired by Branicks in 2007. The total rental area is around 8,450 m², and the land area is 1,600 m². The two multi-tenant properties are fully let. They comprise office and practice space as well as restaurants, a showroom, and storage facilities.
