Christoph Zapp is the founder and managing partner of PAMERA Real Estate Partners GmbH and is responsible for portfolio, investment and transaction management.

Christoph completed his studies in architecture and industrial engineering at the Technical University of Munich and studied Real Estate Investment Banking at the European Business School (EBS) in Oestrich Winkel while working.

To date, he has been responsible for acquisitions, sales and projects worth over 4 billion euros in the transaction and project development sector.
Before founding PAMERA in 2010, he worked for 7 years for various real estate companies such as IVG Immobilien, CRE Resolution and Drees & Sommer.

Christoph is also a shareholder and deputy chairman of the supervisory board of a 320-year-old family business in the special steel industry and managing partner of his own family’s associated single family office.

Jürgen Bleicher is Managing Director of PAMERA Real Estate Partners GmbH and is responsible for asset management and project development.

Jürgen has more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. The graduate industrial engineer is the founder of valcor real estate GmbH and has spent the last 20 years working in the areas of investment, project development and asset management for well-known German and international investors and companies such as AXA, IVG Immobilien, KGAL, Frankonia, J.E. Robert and the City of Munich. Prior to that, he was branch manager for turnkey construction and project development at Heilit+Wörner Bau AG.

Jürgen has carried out complex mandates, management tasks and his own projects worth several billion euros. He was responsible for building up the German business for international investors and was responsible for setting up structures for transactions and asset management.

Adam Budgor oversees investment and operations at PAMERA North America LLC. Adam is also Chief Investment Officer at CCL Capital, a private equity firm specializing in structured real estate finance. Earlier in his career, Adam was EVP & Chief Strategic Officer for an Apollo Global Management portfolio company, where he oversaw M&A, various operating divisions, strategic initiatives and real estate.

Earlier, Adam was a senior member of Credit Suisse’s Real Estate, Lodging and Leisure Investment Banking Group and in related capacities at Barclays, Lehman Brothers, and Lazard. During his career in investment banking, he has been involved in an extensive array of financial advisory activities totaling over $75 billion.

Prior to his career in investment banking, Adam practiced as a Certified Public Accountant at PwC. Adam received his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and serves as a board member for Bridging Tech. 

Karl Groß von Trockau is Managing Partner of PAMERA Real Estate Partners GmbH and is responsible for client advisory services, equity investments and mezzanine investments.

Karl is a qualified banker, licensed lawyer and Real Estate Asset Manager (IRE|BS).
He has many years of experience in advising and actively managing family assets, including many years at Bethmann Bank AG, where he was most recently head of Private Wealth Management for the central region.

When he joined PAMERA in 2015, the company developed further in the direction of an investment office. In the past 7 years, assets worth over 700 million euros have been invested in this area alone.

Karl also manages his own family’s family office, which focuses on real estate in addition to entrepreneurial activities.

Cord Ernst oversees at PAMERA North America LLC as Managing Partner acquisitions, structuring and investor relations. He also manages a residential fund for German institutional investors together with Magnolia Capital. Cord began his career at HQ Capital / RECAP and the Paramount Group and Wafra, where he focused on transactions, structuring and fundraising for German institutional and private investors.

Cord has been living and working in New York City for 19 years and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute’s Multi-Family Council. He completed his studies in Business Administration at the University of Passau in Germany. 

Linda Lehmann is Senior Asset Manager at PAMERA Real Estate Partners GmbH in Frankfurt am Main and is responsible in particular for the nationwide residential portfolio.

Linda is a trained real estate and housing business administrator and a certified real estate specialist (IHK Berlin) and has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Until 2006, she was the head of a regional center at ARWOBAU GmbH, now Berlinovo, where she was responsible for over 20,000 residential units. She then joined Colonia Real Estate Solutions GmbH as Asset Manager Residential, where she managed almost 3,000 residential units in the value-add sector and was responsible for the development and implementation of investor-related reporting.

Before joining PAMERA in 2020, Linda worked for Barings Real Estate Advisers GmbH for nine years, where she was responsible for residential and retail properties with over 60,000 m² of rental space throughout Germany as a senior asset manager.

Stefan Ruppert is Senior Asset Manager at PAMERA Real Estate Partners GmbH in Munich and manages commercial properties in particular throughout Germany. Stefan is a trained businessman and has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate sector.

Before joining PAMERA in 2014, he worked for various real estate companies such as TERCON Immobilien Projektentwicklungs GmbH and IVG Immobilien AG in the areas of asset management, marketing and office management.

Sebastian Giebel is an Asset Manager at PAMERA Real Estate Partners GmbH in Berlin and is responsible for properties and projects in the north and east of Germany.

Sebastian completed his Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) and his Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Industrial Engineering and Management at RWTH Aachen University. During his master studies, he spent semesters abroad at the Politecnico di Milano in Italy and the EPFL in Lausanne, Switzerland.
He also gained international experience during an internship in the USA.

In recent years, Sebastian has worked at Asenticon GmbH in Potsdam, where he specialized in stakeholder management in planning and construction projects characterized by conflicting objectives as well as project developments with a focus on the creation of building rights.

He previously worked as a project manager at Investa Development GmbH. From demolition in 2019 to completion in 2023, he managed the project development of the “ACHTUNDEINS” office property, for which he will now also take over asset management at PAMERA Real Estate Partners GmbH.

Antonija Lovric is Senior Asset Manager at PAMERA Real Estate Partners GmbH in Frankfurt am Main and manages commercial properties nationwide.

Antonija is a trained real estate and housing management assistant and completed her degree in real estate economics at the Hessian Academy of Administration and Economics in Frankfurt. Building on this, she completed her studies in business administration. She has been working in the real estate sector since her training at DB Services Immobilien GmbH in 2004 and can draw on a correspondingly long experience.

Before joining PAMERA in 2017, Antonija worked for seven years at Cording Real Estate Group GmbH (merged into the Edmond de Rothschild Group), where she most recently led the team for the real estate portfolio (including Commerz Real AG and Principal Real Estate GmbH) as Senior Property Manager with a focus on commercial real estate.

Paul Wrobel is a Senior Asset Manager at PAMERA Real Estate Partners GmbH in Berlin and manages properties and projects in the north and east of Germany.

Paul is a trained businessman in the real estate and housing industry and completed a Bachelor’s (B.A.) and Master’s (M. Sc.) degree program in Berlin.

Before joining PAMERA in 2021, he was employed by Argoneo, Cornerstone and Barings, where he was responsible asset manager for various properties in the Berlin and Hamburg area. During his previous activities, he was also responsible for various construction projects as project developments and refurbishments. In addition, he has accompanied and been responsible for acquisitions and sales worth around 400 million euros in the transaction area to date.

Niklas Junker is a Junior Asset Manager at PAMERA Real Estate Partners GmbH in Munich, from where he manages properties throughout Germany and supports project developments.

Niklas completed his Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) at the University of Bayreuth and his Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Real Estate Management at the International School of Management in Munich. As part of his master’s degree, he spent a semester abroad at the University of California, Irvine.

Before joining PAMERA in 2023, Niklas worked as a working student and, after completing his master’s degree, as a permanent junior project manager at REAL ASSET, a project developer in Munich. There he was responsible for various projects and independently managed new-build and existing projects with additional energy-efficient refurbishment measures. Niklas had already gained extensive experience in the real estate industry through various internships.
