PAMERA wins German Design Award 2025 for the LEON11 residential project in Munich-Neuhausen

PAMERA is delighted to announce that the LEON11 new-build project (www.leon11.de) in Munich-Neuhausen has been awarded the prestigious German Design Award 2025 in the “Excellent Architecture” category. This internationally recognized award honors outstanding design quality and sets standards in architecture.

LEON11 stands for the perfect combination of architectural aesthetics, sustainable living and state-of-the-art technology. The innovative energy and smart home concept, which includes a photovoltaic system, battery storage and heat pump, sets new standards and shows how architecture can actively support the energy transition. All this without demolition and new construction, but through the core refurbishment of a former hotel and thus the creation of new living space in Munich.

Located near Rotkreuzplatz, LEON11 not only offers a central location, but also architecture that impresses with its design and sustainability.

We would like to thank HPP Architekten GmbH for the outstanding design and the jury of the German Design Council for this award, which we see as confirmation of our commitment to realizing forward-looking and environmentally friendly residential projects.”
